Over the last 20+ years, I’ve helped startups, small businesses, and scaling organizations navigate the messy, meaningful work of hiring, developing, and retaining great people.
 

I bring a calm, roll-up-my-sleeves energy to everything I do—whether I’m rebuilding an HR function after a period of turnover, coaching a founder through their first big hire, or designing scalable systems that actually work. I’ve led HR during rapid growth, M&A, cultural transformation, and just about every kind of pivot a team can go through.

As the founder of JamHR, I now support mission-driven companies as a fractional Head of People—offering strategic HR leadership without the full-time cost.
